Finally a Name

It took us a full two days to finally decide on a fitting name for our little girl. Most of you already know, but for those who may not, we named her Penny Ann Stott.

We actually filled out the birth certificate papers with a different middle name… but we shortly realized that P.M.S. were probably not the best initials.

Penny is a name that Marie and I have both loved for a long time. Ann is Marie’s middle name, and P.A.S. are my initials also. So the name couldn’t fit any better. We love it and we’re glad that we took the time to think it through before giving Penny her name.

    OK, I don’t think I know Julie, but we are on the same page. That’s what I’ve been singing to myself since Pete told me her name. And I have to agree, you probably don’t want your daughter going through life the initials P.M.S. Bring her and Cora over to Pims house soon,please.

    Great choice! After Lost the other night I asked Cort what he thought of the name Penny…but you guys beat us to the punch! No worries, we still have about 10 years before we’ll think about having another kid anyway:)

    O that is a great name, i love it too. i also like the penny clip. ahhhh im so excited to see her!!
